I have every Hero at 60 and prestiged a few of them. But there are still a few legendaries that I have yet to use. Um well since you have all at 60 I can offer some advice based on what I've used for people.Savage axe: Moon Knight, the blood blood blood build works great with this. Higher dps times than with gung.Excalibur: Black panther, has great survivability and since BP is really great for benefiting team he can stay alive and deal good damage.Ultimate Nullifier: Wolverine, there's a whole build based around brut chance Wolverine. I've also seen some spiderman use it.Golden Bow: Cyclops, I've seen hawkeye use a bunch of different legendaries, but a good amount of cyke use this. I think now they're more gung or even power Cosmic than this though.Shield of Perseus: colossus, I actually think this is more gimmicky but it still works very well with him. Colossus is a monster and perseus makes him a beefy damage machine.Power Cosmic.

Rogue, hybrid psylocke, hybrid ghost Rider, in my opinion this is one of the best if not the best legendary, hybrid psylocke is amazing with this but she's fine full mental with gung. Hybrid ghost Rider is the only ghost Rider you can play, he crushes with this. And rogue is obviously made for this with all her various damage types.Norn Stones: um I don't know too much about these sorry, I've seen a few ms M use these but I don't know what kind of build they're running.That's about as much as I can offer:p I think you should be absolutely fine with using a lot of these, probably not a big difference in damage unless your doing reds, in which case the shield and bow may fall off. Check out some builds on the forums if you haven't already, there are a lot of builds that center around some of these legendaries.

The Norn Stones really aren't a good legendary. If you're looking to shoehorn them into someone just so you can feel you used them all, most melee style characters would work. But the benefits of Speed and Durability are, frankly, minimal. So you would be buying this for +1 strength, +1 fighting and +2 to all skills and that's after 750 million experience.

Your Odin Marks are better spent elsewhere.In my opinion, the Norn Stones should be updated to reflect two attribute increases per level, perhaps something like:1: +1 strength, +1 durability2: +1 intelligence, +1 speed3: +1 fighting, +1 energy4: +1 strength, +1 intelligence5: +2 ranks to all powersWould that be too powerful? Maybe, but the way the item is set right now, it hardly feels 'Legendary' at all. I would be very interested to see Gazillion's data on which legendaries are bought more than others. I have to imagine this is way down on the list. It's honestly not even that much better. Very few people make good use of every stat and by and large anyone who can is going to be better off using Power Cosmic (which most people will be getting +2 to all stats from anyway). You've basically just made it equally useless for non physical users by adding +1 energyIf you really want to make it useful, you should probably really do something like +1 fighting at each tier, with +1 in another stat, varied by tier.

That might put it on par with Power Cosmic and Gugnir. I agree with frisson regarding Excalibur being good for bolstering survivability.I use it for Deadpool currently and do not use a costume core with HP/Hit. Opted for 75% HP from MK, HP Regen, Invuln and Melee Damage.So, I guess what I'm trying to say is that if you have a character with decent 'sustain' via innate hp regen or lifesteal you can use Excal to give yourself more options in other areas. OR you can use it on any physical damage melee'r whom has stupid good survivability/sustain to give them ridiculously good survivability. I will say that using Excal on a hero that doesnt have at least 22k hp isn't going to do you much good from certain damage sources unless you are quick on your feet and do what is necessary to avoid damage.
