The physical copy isn't that bad. I picked it up a few weeks ago in Florida at CoolStuffInc.They give you small card sized plastic bags for each of the locations - I keep the spy card on the bottom of the stack so you can't see which location you're at even if the cards could get turned upside down in the box.I'd say it's equal time to randomly pull a bag, slide the cards out, and shuffle them under the table; as it is to get everyone on the website and into the same game.I really enjoy the art of the physical game, as well as being able to quickly reference the card or occupation again if need based upon someone's answer. Now if you're asking if all of that is worth $20 then probably not, but having the physical copy for my group ensures that everyone can play regardless of battery life or being attached to their phone during the game.
Played a bunch via web apps before the game's release and just played the physical copy for the first time last night. I think they both have their advantages, but I suspect we'll reach for the physical copy more often.EVERY time we tried to play the web game, someone was inevitably low on battery or just didn't want to spend an hour's worth of charge on it. Starting up a game was kind of a hassle as everyone had to join, etc., but was pretty smooth afterward. Jumping right into the board game, by comparison, was a breeze. And there was always, always someone with a bad phone/connection who lagged or dropped out or whatever the hell.The one big advantage the web app has over the physical game though is that the spy constantly has a list of locations. Why the physical game did not come with individual player aids is beyond me.

Still, I think I will print up homemade player aids in the future because as our group becomes more accustomed to the game it will be harder for n00bs joining us, I think.
